Located in downtown Wilmington, this five story building will consist of approximately 60,000 SF of mixed-use space with a parking structure. The first floor tenant will be Bank of America and the second through fifth floors will exist as office space. The site incorporated two existing 24-inch caliper prominent live oaks (Quercus virginiana) into the site plan from the conception of the development. The trees were viewed as a resource unique to this development and would assist in the positioning of this building in the marketplace. Exemplary measures were taken in the design and construction of the building to protect and preserve these trees.
