Progress Plaza

The Progress Center mixed-use project is the first high-rise development in downtown Raleigh in over a decade. The 3+ acre site bounded by Wilmington St., E. Davie St., Blount St. and Cabarrus St. represents the push to enhance downtown Raleigh’s 24-hour lifestyle. The project includes a 366,000 SF office tower that features a 34,000 SF trading floor for Progress Ventures, a commodity trading firm. There is 23,000 SF of retail located on the frontage of E. Davie St. and Blount St. A 6-level, 1,055 space parking structure allows vehicular flow from the new facility to the existing City parking deck.
